Retired Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General and now Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa warned the high profile inmates during his first day that he would be tough in his leadership at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa.

After his first flag ceremony, Dela Rosa quickly checked the condition of the National Penitentiary and also visited the infamous Building 14 where the high profile inmates who allegedly continuing their drug businesses despite of being imprisoned for years were being sent.
