Sasampahan ng kasong kriminal at sibil ni presidential son at dating Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte si Senador Antonio Trillanes IV.
Ang kaso ay patungkol sa pagsasangkot sa kanya ni Trillanes sa P6.5 billion na halaga ng smuggled na shabu.
"Senator Trillanes manufactured lies and deliberately spread these lies with the obvious intention of destroying my name and maligning my reputation, with a view to impacting negatively against our beloved President" - sabi ni Pulong.
Ayon pa kay Pulong, nakabase umano sa tsismis ang mga akusasyon ni Trillanes para siraan si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at ang administrasyon nito.
Matatandaang inakusahan ni Trillanes si Pulong na may tattoo daw ito sa kanyang likod na patunay na siya ay bahagi ng “triad” o isang international crime syndicate.
