Weddings are all about celebrating love and feeling pure happiness with your loved ones. However, sometimes things go inexplicably wrong and the people you trust to make sure that your special day are responsible for the biggest mistakes. In this story, a bride’s sister becomes understandably furious as the church they rented became an expensive liability.
The bride’s sister shared her anger with the whole world as she posted what had happened on Facebook. The woman left no stone unturned when she ranted about the awful experience her family had with this particular church and the wedding organizer.
Her first complaint was that the church asked them to pay PHP 5,000 which she thought was too expensive. The couple would have to pay another PHP 2,000, if they wanted to have the church decorated for their special day.
The bride paid the fees but was disappointed during the actual day of the wedding. The church entrance was decorated with a “balloon arch” made of cheap plastic bags. The aisle was carpeted by two kinds of dirty fabrics which didn’t look good at all.
The church promised to decorate the aisle with flower arrangements but fell short on their promises. The bride’s sister noted the dried up plant arrangements which consisted mostly of leaves. The bride’s sister said that it looked like the organizers went to Divisoria to pick up the scraps left by the flower vendors.
She was angry at the fact that they had to pay a huge amount for something that wasn’t up to standards. Their entourage tried their best to make the event look good but the location didn’t meet their expectations. Because of these lackluster decorations, the woman said that homemade decoration would have been better than what was provided by the church.
