Move on and accept the results of the May 2016 national polls won by former Davao City mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
Senate President Koko Pimentel was reacting to a report that the Liberal Party, New People’s Army, the Church, some policemen, and some people in mainstream media were allegedly conspiring to oust Mr. Duterte.
Ayon kay pimentel madami pa din ang hindi makatanggap ng resulta sa nakaraang 2016.
“Marami pang tao diyan na ‘di nila matanggap ‘yung resulta nung election nung 2016,” Pimentel said in a interview.
“Meron na pong nanalo. Ang term ni President Duterte 2016 to 2022. Demokrasya tayo,” the Senate chief said.
He said, “P’wede kayo magsabi na mali ang programa. Pwede kayo magsabi na mali ang desisyon.”
“Pero, huwag kayo mag-ambisyon na patalsikin ang Presidente,dahil taong bayan ang makakalaban niyo,” added Pimentel, PDP-Laban partymate of Mr. Duterte.
