Radio Broadcaster Jay Sonza nagreact sa paliwanag ni Atty. Romulo Macalintal na kaya nabasa ang mga balota ay dahil sa bagyo.
Bwelta ni Sonza na imposible naman na hanggang ngayon dalawang taon na ang nakalipas matapos ang eleksyon ay basa pa rin ang balota.
Ayon pa kay BongBong Marcos, waterproof ang mga balota kaya malamang sinadyang basain ang mga ito para hindi mabasa.
“We find it ridiculous, almost laughable, that Robredo’s lawyer, Attorney Macalintal, readily explained that the reason why the ballot boxes were wet was because there was a storm in Camarines Sur,” saad ni Marcos.
“The last storm in Camarines occurred FOUR FULL MONTHS AGO. Funny guy.”
“Here’s the most important part: what Macalintal seems to have forgotten is that not only are the ballot boxes 100% weather proof, they’re also waterproof. Unless the boxes were intentionally and maliciously tampered with, the ballots would have remained dry,” dagdag pa niya.
Kaya naman bwelta ni Sonza ni Macalintal, lahat talaga gagawin nito para kay Robredo dahil tanga, gago, at binabayaran ito.
