The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced during a press conference that they already identified the infamous woman who argues with several traffic enforcers over illegal parking and driving without driver’s license.
During the press conference, MMDA Gen. Manager Jojo Garcia said that the couple is working in the Department of Justice (DOJ) and they said that Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra already told them that they’re going to take action against their employee.
